Municipal Finance Officers Association

Created in partnership between Aim and the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), the Municipal Finance Officers Association (MFOA) provides education and networking for appointed fiscal officers for Indianapolis and second class cities (in Indiana, a second class city has a population between 35,000 and 600,000 at the time of designation, and has a nine-member city council and an elected clerk).
