HOW TO RESERVE A BOOTH

Note: The fastest way to start the booth reservation process is to log in to the IACT website. For tips on how to log in or create a new profile, click here.

To register, follow these steps:
  1. Scroll down this page to view the Exhibit Hall diagram.
  2. If you are logged in, your "Company" and "Name" will automatically populate. If you are not logged in, you will need to search and select your company and the name of the key contact reserving the booth.
  3. Select the booth you would like to reserve by clicking on the booth in the diagram.  (Blue booths are available, red booths are already reserved).
  4. All booths are 10' x 10'.
  5. Wait for the booth you have selected to turn "green."  You may reserve more than one booth.  
  6. Once you have selected your desired booth(s), check the appropriate boxes at the bottom of the screen to continue. (For example: Have you read the Terms and Agreement?  You must check the Terms and Agreement box to proceed to checkout.)
  7. Click the Submit button, which will take you to the Payment Screen.

PRICING AND DETAILS

  • Online booth reservations will be available beginning April 1st at 11:00 a.m. (EST). Reservations will take place in real time for first-come, first-served service. 
  • The exhibit hall will be located in the Grand Ballroom at The Westin Indianapolis. 
  • Booth fee is $550. The fee includes a 10'x10' carpeted booth space, pipe and drape, one skirted 8-ft. table, two chairs, one wastebasket, booth identification signYour booth fee also includes TWO (2) complimentary exhibitor name badges that provide access to the Wednesday continental breakfast and lunch in the exhibit hall. Additional name badges may be purchased for $40 each (limit 2). You must purchase electric access and wireless internet access using the forms included in the Exhibitor Kit.
